A. Minimum vehicle requirements include the following:
Brake lights
Brakes
Headlight (visible 500 feet)
Rearview mirror
Red reflectorized warning devices in front and rear
Red taillight (visible 100 feet)
Steering apparatus
Turn signals
B. Headlights and taillights are required to be on during use.
C. All nonhighway vehicles are subject to mandatory insurance requirements (either auto or home policy). (Ord. 2011-06-06, 6-6-2011)
