A. The village of Stronghurst, through enforcement through the Stronghurst police department, may restrict the types of nonhighway vehicles that are authorized for use on village streets, alleys, and/or roadways.
B. Nonhighway vehicles are subject to the same speed limits and traffic regulations as normal motor vehicles.
C. Operators of nonhighway vehicles must have a valid state issued driver's license.
D. Operators of nonhighway vehicles may not cross Illinois Route 94.
E. This chapter does not include vehicles used and/or considered as neighborhood vehicles, off highway, recreational off highway vehicles, and/or farm related vehicles except as outlined under 625 Illinois Compiled Statutes 5/11. (Ord. 2011-06-06, 6-6-2011)
