5-7-1: DEFINITIONS:
   EOC: ESDA emergency operations center.
   ESDA: Unless otherwise noted, "Stronghurst emergency services and disaster agency".
   GENERAL STAFF: Organizational body of ESDA responsible for the planning and operation of the village of Stronghurst's disaster preparedness plan.
   IEMA: Illinois emergency management agency.
