§ 70.04 PARKING RESTRICTED TO ALLOW STREET CLEANING,
   The city is authorized to designate street cleaning areas and shall provide suitable signs and markings on the street to be cleaned, restricting parking on that particular day. It may be unlawful for the operator of any vehicle to stop on any street so designated.
