Any officers, officials or employees violating any provision of this chapter may be reprimanded, suspended or discharged. In addition, any person, firm or corporation convicted of violating any provision of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be fined not less than $50 nor more than $500 for each offense.
