§ 33.06 PURCHASING; ADOPTION OF STATE REGULATIONS.
   (A)   The city adopts the provisions of KRS 45A.345 through 45A.460, the Model Procurement Code.
   (B)   The city may make purchases, $100 minimum, through the state central purchasing office or any other governmental agency or political subdivision if the purchases shall result in reduced cost for the city.
   (C)   All contracts and all non-budgeted purchases shall be approved or disapproved by the City Council.
