§ 150.23 INTERIOR CORNER SIGHT TRIANGLES.
   The sight triangle on all corner lots shall be as follows:
   (A)   Plantings in the sight triangle shall be less than two feet high or trees shall be clear of branches from two feet to six feet above the ground.
   (B)   The sides of the triangle shall extend 35 feet parallel to the curb measured from the apex of the triangle.
   (C)   The side of the sight triangle along Browns Lane shall be measured along the edge of the sidewalk furthest from the east edge of the pavement along Browns Lane. The approximate distance is 13.5 feet.
   (D)   The side of the sight triangle along Lowe Road shall be measured along a line 13.5 feet from the north edge of the pavement of Lowe Road.
   (E)   All interior corner lot sight triangles shall be measured along the yard edge of the curb.
   (F)   Property owners have 30 days to correct sight triangle violations. Property owners shall be notified by mail and the 30 days shall commence on the day of mailing. After 30 days, the city shall notify the property owner by certified mail with return receipt that the city will correct the violation and the property owner shall be billed for the work.
