All utility sheds, playhouses and auxiliary structures erected for the purpose of storage and/or recreation shall not exceed 120 square feet in floor area and shall not exceed eight feet in height at their highest point. All structures covered by this section shall have a concrete, metal or wood floor and shall be firmly anchored in place. No structure covered by this section shall be erected in the side yard, front yard or street side yard of any corner lot.
