(A) As construction of the main structure on any lot is completed, sod shall be placed from the edge of the paved street to the rear building line of the main structure, and across the entire width of the lot, excepting sidewalks and driveways. Rear yard shall be finished, graded and seeded at the time of the installation of the sod or within a reasonable time thereafter.
(B) Plantings on corner lots shall be in accordance with the sight triangle requirements as specified by the Louisville and Jefferson County Planning Committee.
