§ 112.04 REVOCATION OF PERMIT.
   (A)   Any permit granted under this chapter may be revoked by the City Council after notice and hearing. Notice of such shall be given in writing, setting forth the specific grounds of the complaint and noting the time and place of the hearing. Such notice shall be mailed to the last known address of the permit holder, as noted on the permit application.
   (B)   A permit may be revoked on the basis of fraud or misrepresentation in the permit application, any fraud or misrepresentation made in connection with the business carried on in the city, any violation of this chapter, conducting the permitted business in an unlawful way or in such a way as to constitute a menace to the health and safety of the city.
