Upon receipt of the required information and written documentation that the Jefferson County permit has been obtained, the Mayor, City Clerk or Citation/Code Enforcement Officer shall grant the permit and evidence such in writing noting its date of issuance. Such permit is non-transferable and shall expire contemporaneous with the Jefferson County permit. No permit shall be issued unless the applicant has written documentation that a Jefferson County permit has been obtained.
