§ 112.02 APPLICATION FOR PERMIT.
   Application for a permit to engage in the sale of merchandise or services door-to-door in the city shall be made in writing to the Mayor, City Clerk or Citation/Code Enforcement Officer and shall include the name, address and telephone number of the person so applying, along with a description of the goods or services to be sold and whether the person applying will be conducting sales themselves or through their agents. The application must also contain written documentation that a permit for such door-to-door sales has also been granted by Jefferson County. Such sales shall only be allowed between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and one-half hour prior to official sunset as published in the Courier-Journal daily.
