§ 91.34 CORRECTION OF OBSTRUCTIONS.
   The city may correct any condition that exists in the right-of-way of any street in the city, or any easement in the city which hinders or obstructs the flow of traffic or could result in personal injury or property damage within the easement or right-of-way.
