145.01 ENGINEERING DEPARTMENT.

   Pursuant to Section 4.18 of the City Charter, there is hereby created an Engineering Department. Subject to appropriations, the Engineering Department shall consist of the following positions (one permanent full-time position per title, unless otherwise noted):

   (a)   Municipal Engineer (Charter §10.01).

   (b)   Construction Manager.

   (c)   Clerk (permanent part-time).
