There is hereby established an Auxiliary Police Unit within the Police Department, in accordance with Ohio R.C. 737.051. The Chief of Police shall have the exclusive control of the stationing and transfer of all patrolmen, auxiliary police officers and other officers and employees of the Police Department and Auxiliary Police Unit, under such general rules and regulations as the Director of Public Safety prescribes, in accordance with Ohio R.C. 737.06.
