143.02 RULES AND REGULATIONS ESTABLISHED.

Council hereby establishes and adopts a manual of rules and regulations for the Streetsboro Police Department, consisting of Sections 100.01 thru 999.24, inclusive, revised March 2, 1970. Such manual is adopted by reference and made a part hereof as if rewritten in its entirety. This manual of rules and regulations prescribes the entire procedure by which the Police Department shall operate and be conducted.
