143.01 ESTABLISHED; MEMBERS.

   There is hereby created and established a Police Department in the City. The City Police Department shall consist of the following personnel as budgeted from time to time:

   (a)   One Police Chief;

   (b)   One Administrative Assistant to the Police Chief;

      (c)    Up to two Lieutenants;

      (d)    Up to Four Sergeants;

      (e)     Not to exceed 26 full-time Police Officers;

   (f)    Not to exceed seven (7) full-time Dispatchers;

   (g)    One part-time Dispatcher;

      (h)    Up to ten part-time Police Officers. (Ord. 2023-76. Passed 5-22-23.)
