(a) The Law Director shall be the chief legal adviser of all officers, departments, commissions, boards and agencies and of all officers and employees of the City in the matters relating to their official powers and duties. He shall represent the City in all legal proceedings except as herein provided.
(b) The Law Director shall attend all regular and special meetings of Council.
(c) The Law Director shall perform all services incident to his office as may be required by statute, Article IX of the City Charter or ordinance.
