137.01 COSTS FOR REPLACEMENT OF CULVERT PIPE.

   The Service Director shall charge property owners for the cost of replacement pipe by the City Service Department the following:

   (a)    The cost of such culvert pipe.

   (b)    The sum of twenty-five percent (25%) of the cost of the culvert pipe to the City which shall represent the City's administrative, labor and installation costs for such culvert pipe.
