134.01 ESTABLISHED.

There is hereby established an Income Tax Department. The Finance Director shall be the department head and shall be the Chief Tax Administrator. He may appoint such Assistant Tax Administrators as he shall deem necessary and appropriate, in addition to, or concurrent with the powers and duties set forth in Chapter 181 of the Codified Ordinances of Streetsboro.
