131.01 MAYOR'S OFFICE.

For organizational purposes, and subject to appropriations, the following positions are hereby created and shall report directly to the Mayor (one permanent full-time position per title, unless otherwise noted):

(1) Executive Assistant to the Mayor.

(2) Human Resources Manager.

(3) IT Network Administrator.
