144.01 AUTHORIZED STAFFING.

Subject to appropriations, the Planning and Zoning Department shall consist of the following positions (one permanent full-time position per title, unless otherwise noted):

(a) Planning Director (Charter §24A.02).

(b) Assistant Planner.

(d) Clerk.
