142.03 AUTHORIZED STAFFING.

   Subject to appropriations, the Building Department shall consist of the following positions (one permanent full-time position per title, unless otherwise noted):

   (a)   Building Director (Chief Building Official, Charter §11.02).

   (b)   Residential Building Official (permanent part-time).

   (c)   Building Inspector (permanent part-time).

   (d)   Not to exceed two (2) Clerks.
