Subject to appropriations, the Service Department (including the Water Department) shall consist of the following positions (one permanent full-time position per title, unless otherwise noted):
(b) Assistant Service Director.
(c) Administrative Assistant to the Service Director.
(d) Not to exceed two (2) Service Crew Leaders.
(e) Not to exceed two (2) Water Crew Leaders
(f) Not to exceed eleven (11) Service Utility Workers.
(g) Not to exceed two (2) Water Operators.
(h) Not to exceed two (2) Water Utility Workers.
(i) Chief Mechanic.
(j) Not to Exceed two (2) Mechanics.
(k) Water Billing Administrator.
(l) Not to exceed two (2) Clerks (Water Department).
(m) Not to exceed four seasonal Laborers
