(a) The following uses are expressly not permitted as principal, accessory or conditionally permitted uses in any use district:
(1) Medical marijuana cultivator,
(2) Medical marijuana processor,
(3) Medical marijuana testing laboratory,
(4) Adult use cannabis cultivator,
(5) Adult use cannabis processor,
(6) Adult use cannabis testing laboratory.
(b) Prior to receiving a zoning certificate authorizing the establishment of a medical marijuana or adult use cannabis retail dispensary, an applicant for said certificate shall provide, in addition to the standard application materials, verification of compliance with the physical separation requirements contained in Sections 3796.30 and/or 3780.07 of the Ohio Revised Code, as applicable.
