   945.14 OWNERSHIP.
   (a)   Interment or Inurnment rights shall be used for no other purpose than the disposition of the human dead.
   (b)   Upon refusal of the City to permit interment or inurnment because of its requirements, the City may at its discretion refuse to let any thing be done in violation of said requirements. (Ord. 2020-138. Passed 10-26-20.)
