The Director is authorized to sell finished water to water haulers from the 2" tap located at the City's Service Department. The initial daily charge for water sold in this manner shall be $116.40, which shall cover the first tankload, regardless of amount. For subsequent tanks fills on the same day, the charge shall be $10.00 per each 250 cubic feet of water. The Director, in consultation with the Finance Director, shall establish invoicing and payment procedures as necessary to provide for the efficient and secure sale of water pursuant to this section.
