Whoever violates any provision of this Chapter is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree, punishable by up to thirty (30) days in jail and/or a two hundred and fifty dollar ($250.00) fine. A separate offense shall be deemed committed each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues.
