1509.11 CONNECTION OF EXISTING ROADS INTO NEW DEVELOPMENTS.

Where a roadway for a new development connects to an existing roadway in an existing development, residential or commercial, construction barriers separating the streets shall be removed when the new development is approximately eighty percent (80%) completed and a request is made by the Fire Chief or his or her designee or the Chief of the Fire Prevention Bureau.
