There is established the following procedure with respect to the disbursement of bed tax revenue to the Visitors and Convention Bureau:
(a) Within thirty days after the first day of each quarter of a calendar year, the Finance Director shall disburse the appropriate bed tax revenue to the Visitors and Convention Bureau; and
(b) With such disbursement, the Finance Director shall provide the Visitors and Convention Bureau with a statement of the total bed tax revenue and whether such disbursement represents all or a portion of vendor bed tax payments to the City for the disbursement quarter (as contemplated under Section 187.09); and
(c) The Finance Director may provide such other information to the Visitors and Convention Bureau as he or she deems appropriate and not in conflict with the confidential nature of tax collection as set forth in Section 187.08.
