304.08 NONCOMPLIANCE WITH NOTICE TO REMOVE JUNKED MOTOR VEHICLE.

If the Notice of Removal described in Section 304.07 is not complied with within the 30-day period, the City Building Director shall forward the Notice of Removal to the City Law Director or Police Department for enforcement under this chapter.
