(a) The permit application fee for any public right of way shall be as follows:
(1) Single Parcel impacts with frontage less than 101 feet: $150.00
(2) Single Parcel impacts with frontage from 101 to 300 feet: $300.00
(3) Linear projects impacting greater than 301 feet or multiple parcels: $300 plus $0.35 per linear foot of impacted right of way after the initial 301 linear feet, but not exceeding a total permit fee of $800.00.
(b) Fees for construction observation of the right-of-way permit work shall be assessed in accordance with Section 149.11(i)(5) of the Codified Ordinances.
