The regular Municipal election shall be held on the first Tuesday after the first Monday in November of odd numbered years.
Council may, by resolution, order a special election to be held at any time, the purpose and date of which shall be set forth in the resolution, to be conducted in the manner provided by the laws of Ohio.
All elective offices shall be filled by the candidates for those offices receiving the highest number of votes.
Except as otherwise provided in this Charter, the laws of Ohio applicable to elections shall govern. (Amended 5-14-84)
