SECTION 9.02 QUALIFICATIONS OF THE LAW DIRECTOR.

The Law Director shall be an attorney at law in good standing, admitted to the practice of law in Ohio, and shall have been engaged in the active practice of law in Ohio for a period of not less than five (5) years, with at least two (2) year’s work experience in municipal law.
