The Director of Public Service shall be selected on the basis of his executive and administrative qualifications with special reference to experience in and knowledge of accepted practices in respect to the duties of the office as hereinafter set forth, but he shall not be required to be an engineer.
He shall be required to live within a fifteen (15) mile radius of the Municipality of Streetsboro. (Amended 11-2-93.)
