All meetings of Council shall be held in accordance with Section 121.22 of the Ohio Revised Code. At the first regular meeting of Council in December of each calendar year, Council shall convene for its annual organizational meeting in Council Chambers. Council shall meet at least once every calendar month, and at such other times as may be prescribed by Council rules. (Amended 11-5-02.)
