PREAMBLE

We, the people of Streetsboro, in the County of Portage and the State of Ohio, in order to secure for ourselves the benefits of municipal home rule and to exercise all the powers of local self-government under the Constitution and the laws of Ohio, do hereby adopt this Charter for our Municipality.
