1346.06 EXTERIOR WALLS.
   (a)   All buckled, rotted or decayed walls, doors, windows, porches, floors, steps, trim railing and their missing members must be replaced and put in good repair and condition. All replacements must be permanent and must match or be compatible with the rest of the structure.
   (b)   Structures shall be maintained free of broken or cracked windows, crumbling stone or brick, or other conditions reflective of deterioration or inadequate maintenance.
