1346.05 ROOFS, GUTTERS AND DOWNSPOUTS.

All roofs of every dwelling structure shall be maintained weather tight in good repair and condition. Roof drainage shall be adequate to prevent rain water from causing dampness or deterioration in the walls or interior portion of the structure. Roof water shall not be discharged in a manner that creates a nuisance to owners or occupants of adjacent premises.
