Use of any of the following terms throughout this Code shall be construed as though they were followed by the words "or any part thereof":
(a) One-Family Dwelling: A building containing one dwelling unit.
(b) Two-Family Dwelling: A building containing two dwelling units.
(c) Multi-Family Dwelling: A building containing more than two dwelling units and not classified as a one- or two-family dwelling.
