1509.04 USE OF HEAT-PRODUCING GRILLS.

No person shall kindle or maintain a fire, to be used for the preparation of food or for other purposes, in any type of outdoor or portable grill in any apartment, condominium, townhouse or on or below any apartment house, condominium, townhouse or balcony, or within twenty feet of any structure housing more than one family.
