1509.03 DISPOSAL OF FLAMMABLE, COMBUSTIBLE OR EXPLOSIVE MATERIALS.

No person shall deposit or permit to drain into a City or private sewer, either directly or indirectly, an explosive or flammable or combustive liquid, waste product or other substance which may produce explosive or flammable gases.
