(a) It is hereby declared to be the legislative intent of Council, in the enactment of this chapter, to establish the requirement for a Rapid Entry System, using a Key Box of a U.L. type, approved by the Streetsboro Fire Chief, when a property within the City is protected by an automatic fire alarm system or a fire sprinkler system.
(b) Such Key Box shall be installed on the property in a location approved by the Fire Prevention Bureau and shall contain the following:
(1) Keys to locked points of ingress or egress whether on the interior or exterior of such buildings.
(2) The keys to locked mechanical equipment rooms.
(3) The keys to locked electrical rooms.
(4) The keys to elevator controls.
(5) The keys to other areas as directed by Officials of the Streetsboro Fire Department.
(6) A plot map of the premises showing pertinent information, as requested by the Officials of the Streetsboro Fire Department.
