1339.04 DEFINITIONS.
   As used in this chapter:
   (a)    “Temporary housing and shelter” means any structure authorized and approved by the Building Director, not intended to be permanently affixed to the land, and which otherwise conforms and complies where possible with the applicable housing and health standards of the City.
   (b)    “Natural Disaster” or “Man-Made Calamity” means any extreme emergency, including but not limited to flood, fire, conflagration, cyclone, tornado, earthquake, explosion and Acts of God occurring within the corporate limits of the City and which results in the death or injury of persons or the destruction of property used as habitation or living and sleeping quarters.
