All walls shall be leveled and excavations filled to existing grades. All rubbish and debris shall be removed from the site and/or disposed of in a manner as directed by the Building Director. The area shall be graded to present a level of topography and all drainage shall be directed so as not to cause a problem to the surrounding properties. The area so graded shall have topsoil of sufficient capacity to cover the filled material and be able to support surface cover. The Building Director may require additional on site work if in his opinion conditions exist that are detrimental to health, safety and welfare of the general public.
