1335.03 DEMOLISHING BUILDINGS OR STRUCTURES; INSURANCE REQUIRED.

Accompanying each demolition permit, in addition to the bonds, as described in this chapter, the person, firm, or corporation shall provide a current and valid insurance policy as required in Section 1335.02.
