1313.05 DUTY OF OWNER OR TENANT.

The owner of any building within the City, and each tenant occupying any such building or any portion thereof, shall each be responsible for providing numbers and displaying the same as required by this chapter; the owner for the entire building and the tenant for the portion thereof occupied by him.
