(a) Nothing contained in this chapter shall be deemed to exempt the applicant or permitted from the provisions of any other section of these Codified Ordinances, or from the payment of any other fee or from the necessity of obtaining any other permit required under these Codified Ordinances.
(b) The Building Director may designate other employees of the Building Department to perform any of the duties in this chapter.
