The Board of Building Code Appeals shall, if requested to do so, submit a report to the Mayor and Council not less than once a year covering the meetings and a summary of the decisions of the Board during the preceding period, with recommendations as to desirable amendments to the Building Code or to the rules and regulations issued by the Building Director.
