In addition to the provisions of Chapter 1303 fixing fees to be charged in connection with the issuance of building permits, the Building Director shall charge and collect from the permit applicant such amounts as shall reimburse the City for expenses incurred in connection with extraordinary and supplemental inspections and time incurred by the City.
